The meaning of study with concentration: when we use all our senses and mind on the study we can say that we are studying with full concentration.

Benefits of studying with concentration: Concentration helps us in utilizing the time by being attentive to what we are doing? When we study with concentration, our mind does not think about play, movie and other things. When we play with full concentration our mind does not worry about homework, assignment, and other stuff. This way we can enjoy everything in our life whether it is study or entertainment.

How to improve your concentration? With practice, whenever you want to gain mastery in something you need to practice that. Similarly, if you want to improve your concentration, you need to practice that.

The practice of improving concentration on study directly can be boring. So, start with something that you find interesting. Start by listening music, sit in an empty closed room with closed eyes and play music in that room. Keep your ear on the music and try to listen to every word of that music. If you lose your focus, don’t worry, try to focus again and again. Do this exercise every day for 10 minutes to 30 minutes.

You can repeat the same exercise with the sound of birds. Sit in a calm place in the morning or in the evening, close your eyes and try to listen to the birds. Concentrate again if you lose your focus. Repeat this every day for 10 to 30 minutes.

Deep Breathing: Take deep breaths when you get up in the morning and when you go to bed in the night. Whenever you remember that you are not taking deep breaths, start taking it.

Keep watching your breaths: When you breathe, feel that you are breathing. Use your breathing as an exercise to improve your concentration.

Be present in the present: This is the most important exercise you should do to improve your concentration. Try to be present in every activity that you do throughout the day. When you eat focus only on eating, feel the process of eating. Eat with the pleasure. When you watch television focus only on that do not try to do two things at a time. How to concentrate in the classroom: When a teacher is teaching in a classroom, continuously look at his/her face. Keep your ear focused on his/her voice. Try to understand what she/he is teaching and you will reach the highest concentration level in the classroom.

How to concentrate during self-study: Keep your eye on the book, apply your mind to understand each and every sentence written in the book.

With all the exercises described in this motivational video, you will be able to improve your concentration on studies. Keep doing this, Best of luck.
