Here we learn to create new roles? like manager, teacher, student and so on.
To create new roles :
- Go to people then permission tab and then role tab
- Now type a role name in text box, and click on add role button
- Your role will be created and then you can set its permission through edit permission link
Now we assign the roles to the users :
- Go to the people, it will show you all users
- check the user whose role you want to assign
- And now select the role from the update option dropdown menu and then click on update
If your website have many user in thousand then you can search user with the help of filter.
You can filter the users on the basis of:
- Their roles
- Provided permissions
- And status
